Abstract

2012 to 2019 Bachelor and Master in Psychology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and the University of Bamberg. December 2022 Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Leipzig on the topic of "Technology-assisted supplemental work". 2019-2022 consultant in a consulting company specializing in management diagnostics and lecturer for work and organizational psychology at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. Since 2021 lectures and workshops on topics from the field of climate psychology at various educational institutions. Between September 2022 and June 2023 Evaluation Coordinator at the Munich Science Communication Lab at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich. Since July 2023 post-doctoral researcher at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Leipzig focusing on climate change and environmental sustainability in the context of work, occupational health, and recovery from work.
