December 2022 Ph.D. (Dr. rer. nat.) at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology at the University of Leipzig on the topic of "Technology-assisted supplemental work". 2019-2022 consultant in a consulting company specializing in management diagnostics and lecturer for work and organizational psychology at the FOM University of Applied Sciences. Since 2021 lectures and workshops on topics from the field of climate psychology at various educational institutions.
