The Association strives to improve the study conditions of the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Leipzig and to stimulate interesting university projects that benefit teaching and shape the image of the Faculty and its institutes. It fosters the connection of the Faculty and its institutes with the interested public with the aim of drawing on their interests and knowledge as well as their understanding of the concerns of higher education work. In addition, the Association promotes the involvement of the Faculty and its institutes in the social life of the city of Leipzig and the region.
