If you are interested in writing your Bachelor's thesis at the Chair of Work and Organizational Psychology, please note the following information:
- Bachelor's theses can only be started in February.
- No specific topics for Bachelor's theses are offered. Instead, you can apply with your own research question by December 1st each year (please send a short email with your research idea to Dr. Clara Kühner at clara.kuehner@uni-leipzig.de).
- Please develop your research question based on the literature discussed in the lectures and seminars. Additionally, you can refer to the relevant literature on the three main research areas of the department (see below).
- All Bachelor's students at the department conduct a joint data collection in March (coordinated by Dr. Clara Kühner). For this, you must recruit at least 30 participants (employed individuals working at least 20 hours per week).
- The variables listed below are available for your research question. You should select at least two additional variables for your research question.
- For your research question, we expect you to investigate at least one moderator or mediator.
Alongside your Bachelor's thesis, you should attend the Bachelor's colloquium in the summer semester.
