Abstract
Richard Janzen is a research fellow at the Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology at the Wilhelm Wundt Institute for Psychology, University of Leipzig. He also received his bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology from the University of Leipzig. During his master's studies, he worked as a research assistant at the Chair for Work and Organizational Psychology in a project on occupational health. This also sparked his research interest in the topics of work and health. He combines this with his passion for statistical research methods in his doctorate, in which he is investigating change and accumulation processes of stress and recovery.
