Organizational development and consulting
We help individuals and organizations in their development (e.g. through leadership training and support of change processes) and enrich events through impulse lectures and moderation. We base our work on theoretical models and current empirical findings.
Practical Projects
In a number of projects we work on applied questions and problems with single or multiple partners. In these projects we use the current state of research in the respective field and contribute to its further development. The spectrum of our current and former partners includes companies from the energy sector, automotive industry and suppliers, event management and public service institutions.
