Your prime address for administrative issues. There you meet advanced students that will assist you with:

  • general questions regarding your study curriculum
  • submitting your thesis
  • picking up your degree certificates
  • picking up all kinds of certification - such as transcript of records - that you applied for in due time
  • submitting certificates of examination inability, applications and documents

Semester planning

Our staff at the semester planning make sure your module registration runs smoothly. That includes also the confirmation of your registration and, as may be the case, deregistration.

Semester planning also organizes the course and room scheduling.

Examination management

Our examination managers are happy to assist you with particular issues concerning examinations. If you require a transcript of records of a confirmation of study course achievements, request it with the examination manager. You can then fetch it from the helpdesk.

Curriculum management

Curriculum management comprises all administrative tasks involved in the development and updating of the faculty's study course curricula including the modules. Also, the accreditation procedure of new study courses is carefully overseen by the curriculum management.

Study coordinators

With their professional expertise, the study coordinators are the interface between the central Office for Study Affairs and the institutes.

Contact the study coordination if you need help as a prospective student, for example with the recognition of study and examination achievements or in the case of a change to our faculty in the context of an application for a higher semester.
