Abstract

I am interested in understanding biodiversity-ecosystem-functioning relationships in forests and agroforestry systems in order to support sustainable management and conservation strategies, particularly in the context of climate change.

In my current research project, I am investigating the drought resistance and resilience of tree communities in a tree diversity experiment within the framework of the DFG International Research Training Group TreeDì - 林地 at the German Centre for Integrative Biodiversity Research (iDiv) Halle-Jena-Leipzig.
